Great Neck Sewer District $20M+ in Grants Awarded

Issue: The Great Neck Water Pollution Control District is the oldest sewer treatment facility on Long Island.  The District was undergoing a $60 million upgrade in connection with a consolidation of facilities with the Village of Great Neck.  Empire was hired to assist in obtaining critical government grants to assist in the projects completion.

Empire recently secured a $12.29 million grant from Empire State Development in behalf of the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District.

Solution:  Empire worked closely with the client to develop a priority list of key projects and then set out to identify and secure grants critical to the District.

Results:  Empire has already successfully helped to secure over $20 million in government grants for this project.
